The Evangel University women's tennis program has pushed its way back to national prominence in the NAIA:

  • 2013 AMC/HAAC/TSC Champions
  • 2013 NAIA National Championship Tournament qualifiers
  • Amy Grossklag named NAIA All-American for a second straight season
  • Eight match winning streak was snapped in the NAIA National Tournament
  • Individual and / or doubles teams have advanced to the ITA-NAIA National Championship three straight seasons
  • Doubles team of Grossklag / Elliott won NAIA-ITA Consolation bracket, EU's highest finish ever at ITA nationals
  • District 16 champions in 1983 and 1984
  • Three NAIA National Championship Tournament appearances

Cooper Tennis Complex, just minutes away from the Evangel campus, has been recognized as one of the best publicly operated tennis facilities in the country. It is a state-of-the-art facility that features twelve indoor and 16 outdoor courts and a 2,500 seat outdoor stadium court.
