Courses Taught: I teach a number of New Testament courses. I teach beginning and advanced courses in Greek. Some of my favorite New Testament book study courses I teach are Acts, Romans, Revelation and the Gospel of John. I particularly enjoy teaching the Biblical Theology course, an important course I think every Christian university student should take. I believe it is the best single course for establishing a Christian worldview as it identifies and traces the central plot lines and themes of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. I also have taught and have special interest in systematic theology courses.

Started Work: I start teaching at Evangel in the fall 2013, following the consolidation of Central Bible College and Evangel University. I previously taught at CBC for 17 years and Jimmy Swaggart Bible College for 2 years.

Favorite Thing About Work: I love interaction with students in and out of class. I always enjoy getting to know a student's family history, personal history, interests and vocational calling. I count being a part of Evangel campus life such a joy and privilege.

Favorite Memory as a Student: My favorite memory was being a part of a Bible college music ministry group called the "Troubadours" with which I toured several states during two summers, paying alto sax and singing. I have many fond memories of ministry and great times with fellow students during those two summers.
