Professional Information: Eric Jackson joined the Evangel University faculty in the fall of 2009. He also serves on faculty at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri and is currently a doctoral student in the Conservatory of Music and Dance at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Jackson received his Bachelor degree from Missouri State University in music performance and the Master of Music degree in horn performance from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music where he studied with Dr. Lisa Casey and Mr. Myron Bloom, respectively. As a student, Jackson has studied with such renowned teachers and performers as Thomas Bacon, Paul Navarro, Richard Seraphinoff, and Richard Todd, among others. He has also performed with such ensembles as the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, the Landers Theatre in Springfield, and the Fort Smith Symphony Orchestra in Arkansas.

Courses Taught: Applied Horn Lessons, Horn Literature and Pedagogy.
