Favorite Thing About Work: I enjoy the christian fellowship that we have with one another. I also enjoy working on a one on one basis with young people. I love every aspect of teaching and coaching and I am grateful that God chose me to help young person learn life skills through academics and athletics.

Favorite Memory as a Student: My favorite memory as a student was my basketball team was 9th in the nation my sophomore year in 1979-1980 season.

Personal Information: I am married to Coach Leon Neal and we enjoy coaching women's basketball together. Our daughter NaTasha was a 4 time NAIA All-American basketball player from 2001-2005 here at Evangel University. She helped to lead our Women's Basketball Program to it's second NAIA D-II Final Four. NaTasha is married to Anthony Moore and they have 3 sons, Marcus, Titus, and Malachi. They live in Washington DC for a few years as Anthony finishes his internship. Anthony will walk the line at SWBTS to recieve his Phd in May, 2014. Coach Neal and NaTasha both had their Jersey's #44 retired Feb. 6, 2010
