I am so blessed to be a part of the Evangel community. I anticipate serving the students, providing them knowledge and opportunities to realize their own potential.

Started Work: August 2007
Favorite Thing About Work:
I enjoy knowing that I work with professionals who are committed to serving God while preparing young people to enter the field of physical education and sport studies. I also enjoy the opportunity to work with such a quality coaching staff and student-athletes who are equally as committed to academic success as they are to athletic success. Evangel, truly is, a unique experience.

I am married to Glynis (Rainey) and we have two sons, Brighton (6 years) and Rigley (4 years) and a daughter, Adleigh (1 year). We moved to Springfield after living in Northwest Missouri where I was an assistant principal and athletic director at a local high school.
Prior to working at South Harrison High School I was a teacher and head volleyball and softball coach at Prairie Grove High School in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Glynis and I received our master's degrees from Wichita State University in 2003 and moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to pursue a doctoral degree in recreation. Glynis worked for the City of Fayetteville as a budget analyst.
We enjoy spending time with our kids, going to ball games.
