To be a part of the Evangel family, and serving its alumni through this leadership role, is a privilege that I treasure.
Title: Director of Alumni Relations
Professional Information: Upon graduation from Evangel in 1973, with a degree in mathematics, Chuck entered the Marine Corps and attended Officer's Candidate School in Quantico VA. It was there that he was commissioned a second lieutenant. He then completed flight school at NAS Pensacola where he received his wings in November of 1974. He served the Marine Corps for eight years as a pilot, achieving the rank of captain. Sensing the Lord changing the course for Chuck and his family, they moved back to Springfield. He completed a master of divinity degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and soon thereafter, he joined the staff at Evangel in his current position. Chuck has been directing the ministry of the Office of Alumni Relations since 1985 and was honored at the 2010 Homecoming Banquet for his 25 years of outstanding service.
