I am so blessed to be a part of the Evangel community. I anticipate serving the students, providing them knowledge and opportunities to realize their own potential.

Favorite Thing About Work:
I enjoy knowing that I work with professionals who are committed to serving God while preparing young people to enter the field of physical education and sport studies. I also enjoy the opportunity to work with such a quality coaching staff and student-athletes who are equally as committed to academic success as they are to athletic success. Evangel, truly is, a unique experience.

I am married to Glynis (Rainey) and we have four children, Brighton (7 years), Rigley (5 years), Adleigh (2 years) and Ephram (8 months). We moved to Springfield after living in Northwest Missouri where I was an assistant principal and athletic director at a local high school.
Prior to working at South Harrison High School I was a teacher and head volleyball and softball coach at Prairie Grove High School in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Glynis and I received our master's degrees from Wichita State University in 2003 and moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to pursue a doctoral degree in recreation. Glynis worked for the City of Fayetteville as a budget analyst.
We enjoy spending time with our kids, going to ball games.
