Favorite Thing About Work: The best part of my job is working with students. The faculty/student interaction is the Evangel Spirit. Getting to know the students on a personal level keeps me motivated to be the best teacher that I can be both academically and spiritually.
Was an Evangel Student: Absolutely! Go Crusaders. Grad. 1984
Favorite Memory as a Student: Long dinners in the cafe with friends. Chapel services that were meaningful. Campus activities. Eternal friends.
Originally From: Nowata, OK
Personal Information: I love life. I'm married to Michael Miller. We've been together for more 27 years. We have one daughter, Taylor, who is 23 years old. We also have a min-pin dog named Piston. He is our favorite playmate. Mike, Tay, Piston, and I attend tractor and steam engine shows. Michael and I collect antique John Deere tractors and restore them. I enjoy many things: Nature, Holidays, Reading, Music, Theatre, Photography, Scrapbooking, and Collecting Childhood Memoribilia.
My research passion is studying Human Communication from the pragmatic perspective.
Other: Always remember that Jesus loves you -- just the way you are right now. Let Him lead and direct you according to His great plan for your life. You are unique and wonderfully made...remember who you are, a child of God.
