Jason, a member of the music faculty, advises Evangel's music industry program.

In addition to his work at Evangel, Jason is on the worship staff at Central Assembly in Springfield, Missouri. At Central, he directs the orchestra, creates music arrangements, and regularly plays drums. He is also an active composer, arranger, and songwriter, and has written music for the Assemblies of God denomination, Phoenix First Assembly, Regular Baptist Press, Answers in Genesis, Destiny Church, and James River Church, to name a few. He has written articles that have appeared in several national music magazines.

Jason received his undergraduate degree (B.A. in Music) from Evangel University, and his masterís degree (M.M. in Composition) from Missouri State University.

A rabid San Francisco sports fan, Jason lives in Springfield, Missouri with his wife, Jennie, and three children, Jackson, Cameron and Josie.
