Favorite Memory as a Student: Realizing I didn't have to have my entire future and professional life mapped out. It was up to me to be faithful and apply myself, but a relief to realize God had my future in his control. Jeremiah 29:11 -- "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you andnot to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Personal Information: My husband, Jim, and I have been involved in youth and missions work for our entire married life. We have served as youth pastors, pastors, state youth directors, evangelists, and has worked with Assemblies of God World Missions and Ambassadors In Missions since 1988, coordinating short-term missions trips for Assemblies of God youth.
I've had the opportunity to travel to over 30 countries and study education and management internationally.
I'm the mother of three adult children--all of whom graduated from Evangel. Our oldest son, Josh and his wife, the former Jenni Ellwood, welcomed Isaac James on November 24, 2003 and Symon Joshua on February 17, 2006, and Liza Jewel on June 8,2009. They serve as student ministries pastors since 1999.
Our second son, Jonathan, and his wife, the former Michelle Triplett, serve the Assemblies of God World Mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina where they are developing a media center for evangelism for Latin America. Prior to their move to Argentina, they served seven years in San Salvador, El Salvador. They welcomed Alexis Michelle, on November 10, 2001 and Isabella Marie on April 18, 2004.
Our daughter, Aimee, is a graduate of Evangel and has taught high school accounting and desktop publishing. She received her Master's degree from Missouri State University where she now teaches as an adjunct faculty member. She is married to Marc Marcelo, who works in Business Services at James River Assembly of God in Springfield, Missouri. Aimee became a full-time mom when they welcomed Sydney EmiLee on January 12, 2005. Aubrey Eve joined the family on June 17, 2007, and Ellie Olivia on December 10, 2008.
